Frequently asked questions

We're enhancing the platform experience to provide greater visibility into transactions and make common workflows simpler. The refreshed experience will be introduced in phases. Your institution will receive instructions when its two-week transition window begins.

01 Understanding the enhanced experience

1What is changing?

The platform has a refreshed look and helpful new capabilities. You will see clearer navigation, a more informative dashboard, a guided outgoing-wire process and improved tools for finding transactions, following their progress and responding to requests.

2Why are these enhancements being introduced?

The enhancements are designed around the way client teams work. The goal is to provide greater visibility, simplify routine workflows and give users more ways to manage common tasks directly within the platform while preserving the familiar processes they rely on today.

3Is this an entirely new platform?

No. This is an enhanced experience for the platform you use today. Your login, data, permissions and core processes remain in place, although the navigation and certain workflow steps will look different.

4Has the enhanced experience already been used?

Yes. The enhanced experience is already in active use by a pilot group of financial institutions and by internal teams. We will continue monitoring the experience and addressing issues as the phased rollout expands.

02 Timing and transition

5When will our institution transition?

The enhanced experience is being introduced in phases. Your institution will receive a specific email and see a portal banner when its transition window is ready to begin. If you have not received a transition notice or do not see the banner, no action is required.

6Will every institution move to the enhanced experience?

Yes. All institutions will transition to the enhanced experience through the phased rollout. Each institution will receive notice before its two-week transition window begins.

7What happens during the two-week transition window?

The portal banner and email will provide your transition dates and explain how to access the enhanced experience. You can begin using the enhanced experience at any point during the two-week window. If you have not done so by the end of the window, you will be switched automatically. Once switched, the current experience will no longer be available, except in the event of a significant operational disruption.

8Can some of our users move while others continue in the current experience?

Yes. Users can move individually at any point during the two-week transition window. Any users who have not moved by the end of the window will be switched automatically. Both experiences use the same transaction information during this period.

9Will there be any downtime during the transition?

No downtime is expected as part of the transition. If any interruption or scheduled maintenance becomes necessary, your institution will be notified in advance.

03 What stays the same

10Will I need a new login or need to install anything?

No installation is required. Continue using your existing login credentials. Your transition email will provide the correct access link and any practical instructions for bookmarks or sign-in.

11Will my data, transaction history, profiles and templates still be available?

Yes. Your data and transaction history remain available. Your saved profiles and templates will also remain in place so your team can continue its work without rebuilding routine information.

12Will user roles, permissions or approval rules change?

No. Existing user roles, permissions and approval rules remain in place. Everyone will see the same overall improvements, while each user will continue to have access based on the permissions already assigned by your institution.

13Will security, authentication or audit controls change?

The enhanced experience is not intended to change your authentication, permission structure, approval controls or audit trail. These controls will continue to apply as they do today.

14What happens to transactions that are already in progress?

Existing transaction records and their current status remain available. You can continue reviewing incoming and outgoing activity and follow each transaction through its timeline.

15Does anything change for our compliance, audit or record-keeping obligations?

No. The same records, the same audit trail and the same controls apply. Your compliance team will find the same information, in the same places, with the same history available.

16Will this change pricing, accounts, cut-off times or processing schedules?

The enhanced experience is an interface and workflow update. It is not intended to change your account structure, pricing, cut-off times or processing schedules. If any separate operational change applies to your institution, your relationship team will communicate it directly.

04 Using the enhanced experience

17What improvements will I notice?

The enhanced experience is designed to make common tasks clearer and easier to follow. Depending on the activity, you will see:

  • A clearer dashboard. View current and available balances and the activity that needs your attention.
  • Improved wire activity. Use incoming and outgoing activity views, search and filters to locate transaction records.
  • Guided outgoing-wire creation. Select the originator and beneficiary, and the platform automatically determines the appropriate transfer type and routes the transaction to the correct account.
  • More helpful data entry. Address fields complete and validate as you type, helping identify errors before submission.
  • Supporting-document access. Attach required documents and, where available, use eligible documents already on file.
  • A transaction timeline. Follow the current stage, review comments or requested actions and download any available confirmation.
  • In-platform responses. For eligible requests, update information and supporting documents directly within the transaction record.
  • English and Spanish. Use the language control to switch between the available languages.

18How will I know when a wire needs my attention?

The dashboard and notifications will highlight wires that require information, approval or another action. Open the applicable transaction to review its status, comments and any requested next steps.

19Where can I learn how to use the enhanced experience?

Start with the enhanced platform overview page and the Quick Start Guide, which provide a visual orientation and explain common tasks. The Quick Start Guide will be available in English and Spanish. Additional walkthrough materials may be added over time.

20When will the current experience stop being available to our institution?

The current experience will remain available to institutions that have not yet completed their transition. Once your institution is moved to the enhanced experience, the current experience will no longer be available to your users. We will provide clear notice of your institution's transition window in advance.

21What should I do if I need help?

Your existing relationship manager and support team remain available. If you need help with a live transaction or have a question about your transition, contact your relationship manager.
